Men's Basketball: Coaches Poll, Players to Watch

Baltimore, Md. -- Maryland Juco men's basketball conference play is scheduled to begin tomorrow with CCBC Catonsville vs. Allegany, Frederick vs. Prince George's and Anne Arundel vs. Howard all slated for evening tipoffs.

In the 2019-2020 conference coaches' poll, Cecil received eight of 15 first place votes to earn the top spot.

The Seahawks are followed by Howard and Allegany who tied for second and received four and three first place votes, respectively. 

Prince George's comes in at No. 4, while Garrett and Montgomery tied for fifth. 

Harford, Hagerstown, Southern Maryland and Chesapeake finish the top 10.

Rounding out the poll are CCBC Dundalk, Frederick, CCBC Catonsville, Baltimore City, and Anne Arundel.

5'10 pitbull, fiesty on ball defender. Very capable from 3, but can also get paint touches. Will mix it up on the boards as well.

6'5", 215, wing, sophmore that can play inside or out John led the cardinals in scoring and rebounding last year. He plays above the rim and can shoot the 3pt. Shot well.

5'10" 170, pg , sophomore that sets the table for his team, with any space will make open shots , shoots from 3pt. 38% is very quick with the ball and make great decision with the ball.
