Both the men's and women's championship games of the upcoming Maryland Junior College Athletic Conference basketball tournaments will be broadcast live on a three-station network this Sunday, February 17. HAGERSTOWN, Md. – Sean Farr (Baltimore, Md./Dunbar HS) hit a layup with two seconds left in overtime to break a 79-all tie and Christian Leach missed a desperation 3-pointer on the other end to give the Baltimore City Community College men’s basketball team a 81-79 win over Hagerstown Community College on Wednesday night. The win secured the first regular-season Maryland Junior College Athletic Conference (MD JUCO) title of head coach Terry Maczko’s seven-year tenure.

DANVILLE, Ill. – Joe Goodwin scored a team-high 18 points to lead the Louisburg College men’s basketball team to an 85-72 win over Baltimore City Community College in the 5th-place game of the 2012 NJCAA Division II Men’s Basketball National Tournament on the campus of Danville Area Community College.
