HAGERSTOWN, Md.—Thirteen MDJUCO conference schools will be participating in the NJCAA Region XX Men’s Basketball Tournaments this weekend at Hagerstown Community College.

The Division-III tournament, which features Montgomery College-Germantown, Montgomery College-Rockville and Anne Arundel, got started on Thursday when top-seeded Germantown advanced to the finals with a 75-70 win over No. 4 Rockville.  No. 2 CCAC-Allegheny will meet the Gryphons in Friday’s Division-III Championship game at 7:00 p.m. after earning a 54-38 win over No. 3 Anne Arundel in the semifinals on Thursday.

Division-II action gets started on Friday as well as No. 4 Harford takes on No. 5 CCBC-Essex at 1:00 p.m., recently crowned MDJUCO Champion No. 3 Baltimore City faces No. 6 College of Southern Maryland at 3:00 p.m. and No. 7 Howard will battle No. 2 Beaver County at 5:00 p.m.  Top-seeded Cecil automatically advances to semifinals on Saturday and the Division-II Championship game will be held on Sunday at 1:00 p.m.

In the Division-I bracket, top-seeded Allegany meets No. 4 Garrett at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, while No. 2 Hagerstown takes on No. 3 Frederick at 7:00 p.m.  The Division-I Championship is scheduled for Sunday at 3:00 p.m.
