BALTIMORE AND MONTGOMERY GERMANTOWN IN MD JUCO MEN'S FINAL AND BALTIMORE AND ALLEGANY IN WOMEN'S FINAL

In Saturday’s MD JUCO semi-finals, Baltimore defeated Frederick and Montgomery Germantown defeated Hagerstown to advance to Sunday’s 1:00 Men’s Final. On the Women’s side, Allegany defeated Prince George’s and Baltimore defeated Garrett to advance to Sunday’s 3:00 Women’s Final. The brackets are posted on the Tournaments Page, which can be accessed under Conference Links on the home page of www.mdjuco.org.
Allegany (#3) defeated Prince George’s (#2) by 74-68 on the women’s side to open play on Saturday. Baltimore (#1) claimed a spot in the women’s final with a 50-42 win over Garrett.
The men followed with #7 Montgomery Germantown defeating #3 Hagerstown 70-66. Baltimore (#9) continued their trip to the finals by defeating #5 Frederick by 68-61 for their third win in a row versus higher seeds.
